Ameli

The ameli [ah-MELL-ee] is a spiny green plant with long thin yellow-green leaves, found in open temperate plains and grasslands. They bear small berries, usually black or very dark red. They can be poisonous is eaten, but a decoction of them is used to heighten senses, and also increases adrenalin production.
