Isjbela (or Esjbela) is the capital city of Hesjbagaaia in Munatan, a wealthy port for trade, seat of the kings of Hesjbagaaia and heart of the Heterodox Church.

The city lies on the eastern shore of Isjbela Bay, an inlet of the Limerent Sea with a large natural harbour. The old city was founded on a defensible headland, which still forms the city's heart though it has grown far beyond the original walls.virid

Referring to the Kingdom of Hesjbagaaia in Munatan.

It lies on a large deepwater bay approximately 30 km across, making it a perfect natural harbour. Its strategic location on the edge of the Umber Sea made it an important port for the Ennseperan Empire, a strategic base for the Ennseperan Navy. After the fall of the empire it remained controlled by holdouts of the old Navy, until it eventually became part of modern Veedormim. Today it is less prestigious, though still an important hub for trade between Veedormim and Ororr.

Historically it was one of the cities of the Rubaporat, though the city predated settlement by Rubapor merchants.

Name

Under Ennseperan rule the city was called Dsjeepor, which was for a long time it's international name to merchants and sailors. It's official Veedormin name is Dushee. Due to the dominance of Hesjbagaaia it is regionally called Dsjeepor, Ororr favouring Dushee because of their historic rivalry with Hesjbagaaia.
