Theamancy is a form of astrological divination or folk magic using observation and the cycles of the moons, Thea and Themsa, as well as the Fixed Stars.
Thea changes not only with its monthly phases, but its surface seems to change according to dust storms on the surface, and it also appears closer or further away due to orbital position and atmospheric affects.
Themsa's movements are fast and relatively predictable, but the direction it is pointing is used as an indicator. The Fixed Stars are inherently fixed, but supposedly can change shape, brightness or colour over time.
