Chelgrigen is an important port and capital city of the cordrome of Perudd in northeastern Harthera. It is the third most important port of the Hartheran Navy.

In historic times it was legislative and cultural capital of the Chelidd States. The old city was heavily fortified with famously thick and solid stone walls.
