Déor [DAY-or] is a prosperous city on the River Nurallons in western Ororr, capital of the region of Moritarr. The ancient city was surrounded by walls which were thrown down by the Mother Army, and at least half of the city was destroyed. Today Déor is a neatly planned and orderly city, a trade hub and cultural centre in an occasionally rebellious province.
