The Hesjbagaaian Navy is greatest maritime military force in the region of Munatan. Its main task is to defend the nation of Hesjbagaaia from naval incursions by its powerful neighbour Ororr, and to defend merchant shipping against piratesplugin-autotooltip__small plugin-autotooltip_bigPiracy
Piracy has always been a danger for shipping around the world. Throughout history merchants have been preyed upon by desperate or greedy fishermen, by rogue naval ships acting as privateers, as well as organised fleets dedicated to larceny.

The navy operates two maritime forces with a separate command structure: the Umber Sea Fleet (Tisja Plasj Omro), and the Home Waters Fleet (Tisja Plasj Donsjo). The Umber Sea Fleet is the most prestigious, operating mainly in the Umber Sea, dominating the waters and coastline of that region vulnerable to Ororran incursion. The Home Waters Fleet operates in the Sea of Grace, the Limerent Sea and the waters and coastline of southern Munatan. Its main task is protecting the cities of the Limerent Sea, and the vital trade arteries which are the lifeblood of the nation.
