Crisagiss Heltay
Crisagiss Heltay [kree-SAAH-giss HELL-tay], also called The Golden Palatine, was the 50th leader of the Grand Palatinate of Saloya. He ruled for thirteen years from 12 BME to his death in 2 ME, a period which is considered the last flowering of the Saloyan state.

Used to date years Before the Modern Epoch. was considered a particularly important event, given that he was to be the 50th Palatine, a significant number. Competition for the elections was especially fierce. Palatinate elections usally produced conservative compromise candidates, but Heltay was a rich, cultured and highly influential man. During his reign he extended control over the region of Emanuné and initiated massive building and engrandisement projects in cities throughout Saloya.
