Dragora

The dragora is a virid tree found in swamps and coastal salt marshes. The trunks are have characteristic scales that give them a repitilian appeareance, with glossy, spiny leaves and limbs. The trunk's fleshy inner core holds a reserve of water and nutrients, enabling them to survive both during droughts or low storm tidesplugin-autotooltip__small plugin-autotooltip_bigStorm tides

Storm tides are particularly high tides, often accompanied by storm surges and dangerous flooding, which occur on Helevos every 1.3 solar years when Helevos comes into conjunction with the giant planet Kwato'or. Storm tides are at their peak within a two week period, and at their most severe when accompanied by natural storms., as well as almost fully submerged in salt water.

Dragora characteristically have multiple stems and aerial roots, forming a tentpole-like base which makes them stable and resistant to storms and floods.
