The National Convocation is the supreme legislative body of the church-state of Ororr, composed of all three branches of governance: the Krikaré or Elders, the Gamiri or Nine Leaders, and the Meisinn, the Twelve chief priests.

Convocations are only called in times of particular crisis or to solve intractable constitutional problems. Convocations must be called by a one senior member of each branch, and seconded by either another senior member of one other branch, or by less senior members of two other branches.
Convocations in theory have the supreme power to change any law or policy, or even tenets of the faith. By custom, Convocations cannot change the ruling of previous Convocations.
