Deltirot (also arch. Deltiriot) is one of the six self-governing regions of modern Ororr, occupying the southeastern corner of the country. It is bounded by mountains on three sides: the Dun Trisan to the east, the Dun Jaen to the south, and the Vildon Mountains to the west. To the north are the Riverlands of Seqal, the Mangasor Desert, and the virid jungles of Gaskan. Its capital is the city of Delán.

Deltirot derives from Daltiriot, meaning “land of the bright ones”. This is a reference to the iridescent pale skin of Li-Bam settlers from the mountains in the south.
The region is divided into three provinces, reflecting and ethnolinguistic distinctions. The provinces are also geographically distinct, being the watersheds of the three upper branches of the River Wiyel.
Tekon to the west is the valley of the Blue Wiyel. It consists of the river valley which abounds with marshes and lakes, bound by mountains to the east, west and south. Tekon has a relatively sparse population and few cities other than the small provincial capital of Tiomelet.
Historically, Deltirot encompassed only the valley of the Green Wiyel, locally called the Tire
The region was settled by Issid migrants four millennia ago, who eventually came to form the Kingdom of Deltirot. The kingdom had mostly cordial relations with the expanding Empire of Dor-en-Sann, but was nominally incorporated into the empire a century before the empire's collapse.
The rulers of Deltirot fought strongly against conquest by the Mother Army, though many of the people were sympathetic to overthrowing the tyrannical rule of kings.
